Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments for UK deliveries only
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We prepare your order and ship it to arrive on the day that has been requested.
The insulated boxes should keep the meat fresh for up to 48 hours. In the event that your order is delayed, please check condition on arrival and, if you have any concerns, call us.
We strive to use the most reliable overnight couriers.
If you have asked for the order to be left in a safe place it will be left without signature
If the courier has no special instructions and no one answers the door at the delivery address, the order may be taken back to the depot and a card left. Should this happen, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect their order from the depot.
We have no back order protocol
Food is free of VAT.

Credit Card Security is dealt with by the third party payment provider Paypal
We have every faith that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please let us know and we will arrange replacement or credit to strive to retain your trust.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
We try to avoid actual returns as fresh food is unlikely to make it back in usable condition and, in any case, could not then be sold on. Any grievance or serious complaint will be covered by replacement or refund up the value of the order.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
